Our favourite, brand-new hotel in Ella with really helpful and excellent staff. Unbeatable and excellent location in Ella, right by centrum. Also, in the mountains. Great and appetising food for breakfast.

Our stay at this young-adult friendly resort was a jaw-dropping experience! The rooms were super spacious with incredible views, and the bathrooms and showers were mind-blowing. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even serving a delicious breakfast on our balcony. The beds were super comfortable and waking up to the view was simply amazing. The homely feel of the place and the attentive team made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a tasty dinner with breathtaking views and loved the modern furnishings of the newly built accommodation. The free Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour security added to the convenience, while the children's menu and cots made it family-friendly. We definitely recommend this place for an unforgettable stay!

We stayed at Dowa Elegance Resort for one night as we continued our journey south. the location of the apartments and the views from the terrace deck were breathtaking. the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. the rooms were among the best we had during our trip to Sri Lanka. the modern bathroom and toilets provided plenty of hot water, which was especially nice in the chillier mountain temperatures. To top it all off, they surprised me with a birthday cake in the morning. We absolutely loved this beautiful and romantic destination and highly recommend it for your trip through Sri Lanka.

We had an incredible stay at Dowa Elegance Resort in the mountains. Tharinda's attention to detail and love for the place is evident in every aspect. the rooms were spacious with a breathtaking view, and the bathroom and shower were amazing. Everything was super clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Tharinda went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even delivering a delicious breakfast to our room for us to enjoy on the balcony. It was a tranquil retreat from the bustling streets of the area.

The hotel staff were accommodating and even helped arrange transportation for us to visit the main attractions in the area. The location of the hotel, nestled in the mountains, provided a amazing view and a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was rich and delicious, offering a taste of Sri Lankan cuisine.

The view was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking mountains and forests surrounding the hotel. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and we loved waking up to the gorgeous view from the glass door in the morning. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and made sure we had a perfect stay. They even brought us breakfast on our balcony, which was an incredible experience. Additionally, the hotel is currently building a restaurant and pool, which will add to the overall amenities and make the stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the location of the hotel, which was quite remote and required a bumpy drive on a dirt road. It was also a bit far from the city center, making it a bit inconvenient to go to Ella or other places during our stay.

Excellent service from Ashaan, who packed breakfast for early departure. Stunning view, spacious room, tranquil atmosphere. Great location, 10 minutes from town. Clean rooms, new facilities.
